Eating eggs for breakfast will keep you feeling full much longer than a carb based breakfast, a recent study found that you could lose up to 2lb a month by introducing eggs as your morning meal! To make them even better for fat loss try removing the yolk and consuming just the whites, the yolk is the fattiest part of the egg.
